Durante este año de Renovación Eucarística, se nos recuerda una y otra vez que renovemos nuestra fe y asombro ante la presencia real y verdadera, cuerpo y sangre, alma y divinidad de Cristo en la Santa Eucaristía.  Es una realidad desastrosa y preocupante que solo un 33% de los católicos creen en la Presencia Real, a pesar de todas las referencias bíblicas a las palabras de Jesús que indican que es una realidad literal y no simplemente un símbolo o una forma piadosa de hablar.
