Dear Parishioners of St. James:
Praised be Jesus Christ!
We give eternal thanks and praise to the Most Holy Trinity for breaking the demonic stronghold of the Roe v. Wade decision. God answered all of the prayers, sacrifices and peaceful protests over the past 49 years. Think of how many babies will be saved in the pro-life States in our country!
Our spiritual battle should now focus on our beloved State of Illinois. Pray, vote, and peacefully protest against the culture of death here in the State we love. Call upon the angels of God to help us defend the dignity of the human person in the womb and to support pregnant women in their hour of need.
May every child, given to us by God, be welcomed and loved as the blessing they truly are. May a culture of life fill the hearts of all Illinoisans. May all women know their God-given blessedness as the chosen sex to bring new images of God to birth.
