Praying at the proposed abortion sites

As part of the Diocese of Rockford,
Our parish has been asked to pray at the
proposed abortion clinic at:
4236 Maray Drive, Rockford 61107.

As originally posted, the time slot for St. James Parish to pray is on the 4^th Monday of the month from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Just recently the additional time of 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. on the 2^nd Saturday of the month was added. The following is the schedule for the next two months:

2^nd Saturday—November 12^th at 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
4^th Monday—November 28^th at 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.

2^nd Saturday—December 10^th at 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
4^th Monday—December 26^th—4:00 to 5:00 p.m.

• There should NEVER be anyone praying alone at the site so carpooling with other parishioners is suggested.
• We are not allowed to park at the nearby businesses while they are open so parking is limited.
• We are only allowed to stand on public property during the one-hour vigil.
• Signs may be picked up Monday thru Friday at the St. James parish office from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or at the Holy Family parish office Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
