God’s Law -First Written In Stone, Then Within Our Hearts.

Thankfully, the Church teaches us to uphold the Ten Commandments given by God to Moses on Mount Sinai. Like guardrails on the narrow path to heaven, they provide clear guidance for what we ought to do and what we ought not to do. In the New Covenant, the Lord raises the bar on right living by taking us into the roots of our actions, into our hearts, into our very being. We see this on full display in the Sermon on the Mount, and particularly in what we call the Beatitudes. Join us this Tuesday at 6:30 PM in Connolly Hall as Fr.
